he stable operation of owl.GUARD is based not only on software code and equipment, but also on systematic engineering work — from design to final audit at the facility.
At NVI, this task is handled by our internal quality and technical expertise center.
What does this mean in practice?
💡 Technology and hardware control
We develop and maintain owl.GUARD configuration standards. If necessary, we develop new solutions for specific operating conditions.
💡 Technical audit of sites
We conduct on-site inspections at industrial sites: we check the installation, cable lines, server and network equipment. Special attention is paid to the correct operation of video analytics: zone marking, the quality of scenario responses, and the absence of “blind spots.”
💡 Development of specifications and documentation
We prepare specifications for equipment and consumables, regulations, checklists, PSI protocols, and instructions for service teams. This is the basis for replicability and predictable quality at each facility.
The work of the technical audit department is not about “finding mistakes.” It is about preventing failures, reducing risks, and ensuring that the customer receives a working system that meets industrial safety requirements.
